Once a month, after IC Pasta closes for the night, we’re turning the shop into something a little different. IC Pasta After Hours is a four-course dessert tasting built around new flavors, unusual presentations, and ideas that don’t always fit on the regular menu.
Our tasting is limited to just 12 guests. Everyone begins together at 8:30 and the menu will be served one course at a time.
THE AUGUST TASTING MENU
Lemon Basil & Blueberry
Lemon-basil sorbetto with blueberry, served chilled in a small glass.
Peaches & Cream
Peach ice cream with fresh torched peach, waffle-bowl crumble, and balsamic-honey glaze.
Kinder Meatball
Kinder Bueno chocolate ice cream coated in brownie crumb and finished with Nutella sauce.
Chicken Parm Slider
An ice cream “chicken cutlet” coated in crushed waffle bowl, served on banana bread with roasted strawberry “marinara.”
