Four courses. Twelve seats. One night a month.
Once a month, after IC Pasta closes for the night, we’re turning the shop into something a little different. IC Pasta After Hours is a four-course dessert tasting built around new flavors, unusual presentations, and ideas that don’t always fit on the regular menu.
Our tasting is limited to just 12 guests. Everyone begins together at 8:30 and the menu will be served one course at a time.
THE SEPTEMBER TASTING MENU
Apple
Apple cider sorbetto with caramelized apple, waffle-bowl crumble, and salted caramel.
Banana Pudding
Banana ice cream with vanilla wafer, creamy custard, and toasted meringue.
Buttered Pecan
Buttered pecan ice cream with toasted pecan, brown butter, and a touch of sea salt.
Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin ice cream with warm autumn spices, crisp crust crumble, and a brûléed cream finish.
