It is part recipe collection, and stories of how comedy clubs and escape rooms lead to ice cream pasta, private dinners, travel, and the creation of experiences that feel like a story you can eat.
Every recipe comes from a moment: a late night in a comedy club kitchen, a trip that changed how I thought about food, an experiment behind the counter at IC Pasta, or a mistake that eventually became something worth keeping.
